Welcome to Casa-Sea-Esta! Located on the third floor, enjoy the amazing OCEAN VIEWS from the balcony, living room, kitchen & bedroom. The Beachhead Condominiums offer a heated pool in the winter, a community game room and playground in the middle for the little ones to enjoy!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

This place was absolutely wonderful and I would 100% stay there again. The grounds were immaculate, no trash anywhere and the plants and grass were so well manicured. The boardwalk to the beach was perfect, the pool was fun, we absolutely loved it

Super convenient and comfortable condo with beachfront access via the property's elevated walkway. Also had a park and a heated pool. Visited with a friend and her four year old, and the spot was perfect for those traveling with kiddos. Very easy to pop between the beach, condo, playground, and pool. Space was comfortable with basic amenities, and we enjoyed coffee every morning on the spacious balcony with ocean views. Thanks for the great stay, and will def check availability here first next time we visit Port A!

Honeymoon was spent here at Casa Sea Esta Beachhead. Unit #407 was perfectly decorated for our stay. The A/C was refreshing, the cleanliness and supplies were above expectations. We met the friendly property manager only by chance at poolside. Clubhouse was spacious and furnished with good competitive games. Grounds were well lighted, manicured, enjoyable. Balcony with sturdy seating and view of the Gulf. Covered parking was a plus. We are coming back as much as we can.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation staying at Casa Sea-Esta! The condo was very clean, had all amenities listed, and provided helpful information to make our stay easier. This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and is a very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!!!

Gorgeous view, nice facilities-pool, game room! Close to the beach!
Very clean, within walking distance to the beach. Nice outdoor patio with a view. We brought our own toiletries and towels but the place still had some. All appliances worked and were in good condition. Very nice stay. Would stay here again!
