Located in the sought out Ocean Village Community, this 4 bedroom 3 bath is the perfect vacation spot! With sunrise and sunset views, steps from the stocked fishing pond, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Enjoy a competitive game of Ping Pong in the living room or a game of cornhole downstairs while grilling your fresh catch of the day! Caney Creek is just minutes from all the local restaurants, shops and sips so don't forget to add a golf cart to your stay! Come relax at Caney Creek and make some memories that will last a life time! 

Add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day! (must request 48 hours or more prior to your arrival) We are your one stop shop. It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun and easy access to the beach! 

Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

~Three full baths, including one with a bathtub in the hall.

~Ample dining space with a breakfast bar for large families.

~Large gas grill for cooking burgers or fresh fish.

**Conveniently located off 11th Street, minutes away from restaurants, bars, shopping, and the marina.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE: We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. Once you have signed the rental agreement contract and sent in a copy of your DL this code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 1 day prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
