Welcome to the Anchor House! This brand new custom beach-side 3 bed, 3.5 bath home is the ideal vacation spot! The house has a very functional floor plan with 2 Primary bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a fun bunk room.  Get to the beach in minutes with a short walk to the community boardwalk.  Stroll back from the beach to grill, swim, and relax at this amazing house! This home backs to a community pond which offers an amazing setting when you are splashing around in your PRIVATE POOL.  Slip onto the deck with a cup of coffee in your hand and watch the sunrise or enjoy a cold drink while watching the sunset. You can't beat the OCEAN VIEWS this home has to offer! The home features a highly functional kitchen, spacious living and dining room, washer and dryer, poolside shower, and bathroom.  The style of this home makes you feel like you are at the beach from the moment you arrive with shiplap, natural ceilings, and bamboo shades. 2 King size beds, a bunk room, and a pull-out sofa allow you to sleep 10 comfortably.  Get ready to enjoy the Salt Life!

**We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday (depending on weather) and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. (Please note that this home is located in a developing community. There is some construction going on around).**

**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. Also required is a copy of the driver's license to receive check-in instructions. Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older **

Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
